Customs & Clearance Information at destination
All shipments valued above $50 USD must have a commercial invoice with original signature.
Import of perfume/aftershave is prohibited except for personal use or samples.
Import of Mobile phones / Cameras / T.V items for private persons is prohibited.
Import of dental products is prohibited.
All tapes and video cassettes will be subject to censorship viewing before import.
Medicines: Consignee must provide ministry of health authorisation.
Please note that for all imports into Algeria the CONSIGNEE is responsible for clearance of the goods, consignees are notified of arrival of goods and paperwork needed for clearance. After 10 days an escalation notice is sent and if consignee does not provide clearance paperwork necessary within 3 months, customs will seize and destroy goods without notice. Any costs associated will revert to shippers account.
