India – Non Document Shipments…

As per the new regulations in India, all express non-document shipments destined to India will need to include both a KYC form (Know Your Customer) and an Authorization letter provided by the receivers upon clearance.

Consignees will receive a link to fill out the KYC by email and SMS,once their incoming shipments are processed in our system. Therefore,please make sure to provide complete and accurate data before sending your shipments, and include the consignee’s email under the receiver’s reference field on the waybill. Receivers will only be required to provide the KYC when receiving shipments for the first time through our agent, as these details will be saved in our system based on the receiver’s Registered Telephone Number and Email ID.
