Customs & Clearance Information at destination
Airwaybills must have a valid contact name / telephone number or may be returned to origin without notice.
Commercial invoices must be on company letterhead and hand written invoices will not be accepted.
Invoice MUST state detailed description of goods, quantity, per item value, total value, country of origin and incoterms.
All clearance is made as formal clearance and can take some time. Expect delays of up to 48-72 hours if goods are going through formal clearance.
