Customs & Clearance Information at destination
All goods must be sent with ORIGINAL commercial invoice only.
Items under $20 USD in value can enter the country duty free.
Customs can charge consignee $25 – $120 USD for a “paperwork release fee” depending on whether private or commercial importer and the value of the goods.
Uncleared Goods have 3 days free storage after which time they attract a $10 USD per day storage fee.
If goods are not cleared in 10 days they are handed over to the Zimbabwean Revenue Authority who will seize the goods.
